Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Part-time, 25 hours / week
Mon-Fri, 9:00AM to 2:00PM Sydney time.
Location: Sydney, Australia

About the client: The client specializes in residential, end-of-project builder cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and training new staff members, including recruitment, filtering applications, pre-screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Conducting staff inductions and ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Generating outbound leads, with a focus on securing commercial and large contract opportunities
  • Working closely with the Business Manager to ensure staffing needs are met, tailored to specific area requirements
  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations
  • Managing sales initiatives and contributing to business development efforts

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong sales background with proven success in securing commercial and large contract leads
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Recruitment and Onboarding experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and effective business processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
