Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and setting appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided list of leads.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit with our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably with a focus on cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous disposition.
