Job Profile:

Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within established procedures and guidelines in assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorisation).
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so that objectives are met.
  • Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Properly report visits and activities using Essity’s CRM system.

Who You Are

  • Local talent, a professional sales representative whose willing to be placed for Up-country (Lower North-Eastern Area) in Thailand
  • B.Sc. in Nursing, Medical Technology, Health Science or related fields
  • Experience in selling medical/ pharmaceutical products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented, presentation skills and energetic.
  • Good command in English.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Have your own vehicle to mobile
