The chosen candidate will be instrumental in leading the creation and execution of groundbreaking proposals, harnessing domain expertise, change management, and automation services. This role demands a proactive and critical thinker, capable of working collaboratively to ensure the services offered remain pertinent amidst evolving client and industry landscapes.

Responsibilities include eliciting client feedback, presiding over governance forums, and managing a portfolio of services that align with the client's strategic objectives. The role also involves interfacing with offshore teams to address client concerns and responding swiftly to requests.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Over a decade of experience in business development within the financial markets industry, with a proven track record of identifying growth avenues and crafting compelling commercial proposals.
- A bachelor's degree as a foundation for their professional expertise.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach and experience in driving change within banking institutions.
- A deep understanding of Capital Market operations, with bonus points for expertise in areas such as Client Lifecycle, Asset Servicing, Derivative operations, reference data, compliance, risk, and finance.
- Stellar client-facing abilities, with a knack for understanding client issues, collaborating on proposals, garnering feedback, and leading client workshops and forums.
- Additional experience in business development for Fintech or Service providers, consultancy for large financial institutions, and Banking Operations Change or Operations IT is highly advantageous.
