Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients to help them select materials, such as tile, cabinetry, and paint colors, from our predetermined Lookbook. You will also be responsible for ordering materials and updating our Design Lookbook each quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and assist them in making material selections from our Lookbook.
• Manage the ordering process for selected materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Regularly update and refresh our Design Lookbook with new selections each quarter.
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the design process with clear communication and expert advice.
• Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of color theory, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great communication skills are essential.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1300 - $1700 / month
