About your role

As a Technical Marketing Engineer at Voxel51, you’ll play a critical role in helping us to evangelize the value of our technology to technical audiences including developers, engineers and technical managers. Working closely with our product, developer relations, and broader marketing team, you’ll help shape how those audiences discover, learn about and experience our technology. You’ll develop a wide range of technical content to engage and educate those audiences to support our thought leadership, demand generation and sales pipeline goals.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, developer relations and rest of marketing team to develop content creation priorities and roadmap
• Build a deep understanding of the customer pain points, use cases and scenarios addressed by our solutions 
• Create and maintain compelling demos, blogs, guides, presentations and other technical content that engages and educates technical audiences
• Help shape how we message and position our features, capabilities, and product in valuable, differentiated ways 
• Engage with technical audiences in workshops, meetups and conferences to communicate and evangelize the value of our technology
• Perform technical competitive analysis of other offerings in the market

What you should bring

• BS or MS in computer science or a related field
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision or a related field 
• An ability to rapidly build technical knowledge of new and rapidly evolving technologies
• Excellent balance of technical knowledge and ability to communicate how technology can be used to solve important customer problems
• Proficiency with Python
• Experience with machine learning and scientific computing libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy
• Skill in creating content about technical topics in AI, ML, computer vision, or related technical fields
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic startup environment
• Ability to work in a remote-first, distributed, collaborative environment 

The cash compensation for this person is in the $175K-$200K range. In addition to base comp for this role, we offer equity in the form of options, a variety of benefits, and the opportunity to grow in an exciting and collaborative environment.
