The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital marketing channels in the India and Europe/UK regions. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the specific global demographics, paid media strategies, performance optimization, and a passion for measurable results.    

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels in India and Europe/UK, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates as it relates to the India and UK regions. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the best-performing creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generating actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to monitor and report on key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve performance marketing efforts and test into new channels. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, conversion optimization, and using data-driven insights to drive marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing approaches.
