A day in the life...

Director of Revenue Management, this extremely organized, results orientated, and success ravenous individual will be a leader and resource for any on-property revenue & distribution strategy. 


What you will do...

Director of Revenue Management, we're looking for team members who take pride in a job well done. The individual will be an executive leader harnessing and aligning the collective strength of our discipline experts within Reservations, Ticketing, Marketing, Group Sales, and Onboard Services to drive our shared success. Analyzing to understand customer booking patterns, accurately forecast, and communicate demand to this group for their insight, awareness, and action. This position plays a vital role in the development, implementation, and execution of the strategic revenue plan for adequate surplus in the Napa Valley region.  


Compensation: from $130K plus bonuses & incentives. (DOE)

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

- Minimum five years’ experience in the attraction/hospitality/airline revenue management

- Excellent written and oral communication skills 

- Expertise in pricing optimization, culture building, data-analysis, systems configuration, and distribution

- Work-related analytical experience

- Aggressive, outgoing, and self-motivating individual with pleasant personality

- Current experience in a senior revenue management position with responsibility for either an attraction, large hotel or resort, or   multiple properties

- Thorough knowledge of the internet

- Thorough knowledge of the GDS and Extranets

- Understanding of revenue management techniques and strategies

- Adhere to NVWT policies, practices, and procedures.

- Performs other duties as assigned/required.

- In office 4 days per week, 1 work from home day weekly.


Activity Requirements:

- Exert physical effort in transporting up to 25 pounds

- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
