Job description

Our Digital Strategists lead the charge in bringing Sinch’s individual SaaS brands digital marketing to life. From high-level campaign strategy to the practical details of execution and performance reporting, you will be the linchpin that makes it all happen.

Working closely with product, product marketing, content & lifecycle, and performance teams, you will ensure marketing activities and campaigns are not only impactful but also seamless and cohesive.

  • Collaborate with product and product marketing to align digital activities (SEO, SEM, content, lifecycle, web) with product-level targets and roadmaps.
  • Analyze current performance, with a keen ability to understand the interplay of macro (e.g., pricing changes) and micro variables (e.g., keyword rankings).
  • Develop different marketing hypotheses to inform resource planning and campaign prioritization.
  • Lead weekly calls to ensure individual marketing functions are contributing to quarterly and bi-annual goals.
  • Report digital performance to a broad range of business stakeholders on weekly and monthly calls.
  • Create robust project plans for both planned and unplanned work, and ensure effective execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend content, creative assets, and tactics that resonate with our audience.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of generalist SaaS marketing experience, with a blend of brand, channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, and integrated campaign marketing.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership capacity.
  • You have a proven track record of managing digital marketing channels at high-growth companies with demonstrable ROI.
  • You possess sharp project management, communication, and writing skills, bringing clarity and action to keep work moving forward with many stakeholders.
  • You have experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance across various metrics and diverse channels.
  • You have the ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamlining workflows.
  • You are confident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of the brand and digital marketing.
