Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of the global job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match them with the right opportunities.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and offer strategic insights on the recruitment process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • High level of spoken English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and clients.
  • Prior experience in recruiting is highly preferable but not necessarily required.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competitive, outgoing, and proactive with a "figure it out" attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with the global talent market, particularly in regions like Latin America, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Africa.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
