About the Role

As Business Development Representative you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth strategy by establishing new benchmarks in the consumer goods industry.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, and lay the groundwork for our sales team to close deals.
  • Influence the company's direction, refine our sales strategy, and make a direct impact on our collective success.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Generation: Conduct targeted market research, develop creative lead-generation strategies, and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Outreach and Networking: Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and social media, represent eyva at events, and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads using BANT criteria, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales team, prepare and send meeting confirmations with key information.
  • Data Management: Maintain CRM system, log interactions, track activities and metrics, and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams, provide product feedback, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Agility and Improvement: Adapt to changing priorities, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
