Job description

We are looking for a skilled Client Service Representative for a fully remote position with one of our clients in the title insurance industry.

Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM PST
Work Environment: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external inquiries related to moderately complex processes and transactions. Monitor messages and questions received via centralized inbox, systematic work queues, or phone, responding to inquiries and escalating more complex issues when necessary.

  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and collection of all required documentation and forms for the recording of conveyance deeds. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete for a smooth closing process.

  • Schedule signing appointments, prepare closing packages, and finalize title packages for clients. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties to resolve requests effectively.

  • Enter detailed and accurate notes into appropriate systems, file documents according to standard procedures, and follow up on any delays in inquiry responses, updating statuses in the systems accordingly.

  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with internal and external customers and business partners. Update management on trends, issues, or problems that may impact the business or clients.

  • Policy Enforcement: Communicate requirements to clients and exercise good judgment in enforcing or making exceptions to policies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance the quality of customer service for the benefit of the company and the customer. Take ownership and accountability for incoming inquiries.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Working knowledge and established skills in title and escrow services, as well as the mortgage industry.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines while working under general supervision with limited ability to modify approaches.
Certification Requirements:
  • Certification in USPAP or related appraisal guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
