Description
As Content and Data Manager at ctrl QS, you handle multilingual content for our clients and their global affiliates. This involves setting up, checking quality, and publishing provided content using top-notch digital tools. You also ensure smooth coordination, effective problem-solving, and quality assurance for various digital assets and functionalities. You bridge technical and user-friendly language, making complex matters easy to understand for end-users. Additionally, you constantly seek ways to optimize processes and share valuable knowledge with the team and clients. What you´ll do
  • Managing multilingual content. You set up, migrate, quality-check and publish provided content using state-of-the-art content management systems and other digital tools (PIMs, DAMs, eCRM tools etc.) for our clients and their local affiliates across the globe.
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting. You thoroughly review all client briefings you receive to ensure you have the necessary information, knowledge, and materials to successfully complete your tasks. To achieve this, you collaborate with cross-functional teams. You keep all relevant stakeholders engaged by regularly reporting and providing status updates.
  • Ensuring quality. You engage in quality assurance of global brand and ecommerce websites. You also take the initiative to highlight any potential risks that could affect your ability to meet the established quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving bugs. You coordinate with platform managers to quickly identify and resolve any bugs on the website.
  • Optimizing and sharing knowledge. You take the initiative to suggest ways to improve processes and solutions, both for our team and our clients. You also make sure to document important information in our internal or external knowledge management tools.
  • Creating documentation. You have experience in creating documents like playbooks for websites, asset requirements, mock-ups for web pages, and templates for content briefings.
What you can offer
  • Experience in digital environments.  You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally some experience in working with tools (preferably CMSs, PIMs and/or DAMs). Experience in working within corporate environments is advantageous. You are passionate about technical solutions and digital trends and are eager to dive into complex state-of-the-art systems for our global clients.
  • Experience in working with content-related data. Measuring the success and adoption rate of the content by local markets. You have experience in measuring and comparing data both before and after a project is launched. This helps us spot opportunities for optimization in future projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Communication with the client and partner agencies/affiliates across the globe. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid grasp of grammar and vocabulary. You’re skilled at engaging effectively with different audiences, including clients and colleagues.
  • Love for quality and service-oriented mindset. You genuinely enjoy helping others to solve their problems. Your working style is defined by a close attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Structured way of working. You have an independent and structured way of working. Before you start a task, you reflect on the most efficient way of completing it. You multitask, but also strictly follow priorities when necessary.
