Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics Solutions Architect

What You'll Do

• Lead Transformation Efforts: Work closely with clients to develop and execute effective data and analytics strategies. Implement Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, enhancing Data Governance and Management to meet strategic goals.
• Drive Innovation: Manage projects that involve data strategy, governance, and solution implementation. Oversee end-to-end data flows, lead design improvements, and provide insightful recommendations based on technology assessments.
• Team Leadership: Guide a dynamic team of onshore and offshore resources, including business analysts, data analysts, and developers. Foster a collaborative environment, coaching team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs by managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of global trends and technological advancements. Simplify complex concepts and communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in managing data strategy, data governance, and solution implementation projects. Experience with Oracle products (e.g., OFSAA, ADW, FAW) and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Skills and Knowledge: Proven ability to lead data-focused engagements, analyze data flows, design data solutions, and oversee project delivery. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and finance data models is beneficial.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Experience in automating processes and utilizing tools like Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and build consensus among various stakeholders.
