We have an excellent opportunity for an Sr. Director of New Client Development, Partner Programs. This individual will be responsible for leading people, establishing processes, and driving business results within the custodial referral program. You will directly manage a team of RVPs (salespeople) and will be responsible for training them on WEG sales best practices. You will also be responsible for interfacing with our external custodial referral partners within Schwab and Fidelity to ensure a consistent, streamlined, scalable process and experience for both the referring parties and the end customers. Finally, you will work with WEG Financial Advisors to drive clarity and consistency in our messaging and our experience to those custodial partners and end clients sourced through WAS & SAN networks.
The salary target for this role is $190K-$200K depending on experience; this role is also eligible for our corporate bonus and equity plans.

Primary Job Functions
Manage CRP RVPs
Train new RVPs on WEG sales processes and best practices.
Manage performance of our RVPs to attain or exceed production targets; evaluate and replace those who do not achieve target.
Hold periodic 1-1s with team members to provide coaching, training and oversight.
Shadow prospect meetings, branch meetings and client events to ensure RVP messaging is consistent, tight and compelling across interactions.
Manage Custodial Referral Partner Relationships with SAN & WAS
Serve as the go-to for all custodial referral partner needs both from referral partners and from internal stakeholders at WEG.
Meet regularly with custodial referral partners to drive outstanding results and continually strive to be the top referral partner within each program.
Work with internal partners to provide feedback as requested by SAN/WAS during both periodic meetings and compliance reviews.
WEG FA Engagement, Education & Oversight
Meet with WEG FAs who currently participate in WAS/SAN programs to train on best practices and provide clarity on different market needs.
Train new FAs on SAN/WAS programs as well as WEG guidelines/requirements for program participants.
Drive clarity on process & ownership throughout referral process.
Ensure participating FAs are following and adhering to program standards and requirements.
Drive CRP Results along with SVP, New Client Development
Work closely with SVP, New Client Development to meet or exceed goal for Partner Programs channel.
Implement consistent, scalable processes to drive long term program success.
Lay out strategic roadmap to increased market share within SAN & WAS.
Attend internal metric review meetings and provide data driven insights on sales trends.
