Team
The Americas Channel Marketing organization reports to the North America Senior Director of Channel Sales and is actively growing to support customer needs. The team consists of six marketing managers all supporting specific channel segments and strategic partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Account Strategy – Planning and Execution:
- Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns across Amazon's Advertising platform. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Fluke commercial strategy and Amazon's goals and target audience.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior insights. Analyze data (in Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, and Stackline) to optimize campaign performance and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness. Prepare financial analysis to campaign costs meet requirements and deliver expected return on investments.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to facilitate campaign development and implementation.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools (Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, and Stackline). Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging A+ content in Vendor Central for Fluke product pages and landing pages. Ensure all content aligns with Amazon's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client needs and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advertising technologies, trends, and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to enhance advertising effectiveness and reach.
Channel Strategy – Planning & Execution
- Recommend and lead success metrics through dashboards and reports.
- Support the annual channel management planning process relative to area of responsibility.
- Align planning process with corporate and customer planning through the line review and development process.
- Conduct a situation assessment, including analysis of customer data across channels/regions.
- Support annual plan development and coordinate activities for channel partners.
- Develop a calendar of marketing initiatives within the scope of responsibility.
Market, Shopper, And Channel/End-User Insights
- Compile and analyze market, shopper/end-user, and channel knowledge gaps and create a summary for business reviews.
- Manage timelines and deliverables in conjunction with Channel Leaders.
- Analyze profiles of competitors and channel customers using primary and secondary research and data.
- Collect competitive and marketplace intelligence to share with the organization, ultimately constructing complete profile analysis for assigned partners.
Brand Stewardship And Merchandising Innovation
- Support the analysis of new product launches and merchandising initiatives.
- Recommend potential launch activation approaches.
- Manage timelines associated with implementation.
- Own and review overall new product distribution files.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fast learner with an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant field (Master’s Degree or MBA a plus).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Multifaceted leader with 5+ years of channel engagement/sales experience and a track record of customer expansion, growing market share, and overachieving revenue targets.
- Innovative and motivated by change, with experience in building a progressive strategic vision and challenging the status quo.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to quickly identify stakeholders and build/maintain deep relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Methodical and detail-oriented, thriving with process management and operational excellence to achieve results.
- Adept at connecting with customers and end-user markets, balancing business intuition with market realities to make sound decisions.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 79,700.00 - 147,900.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
