JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to support targeted email marketing initiatives Additionally, the Email Marketer should be able to “speak” our brand voice as well as communicate the brand via email design. Additional skills in website management and administrative tasks are a bonus. This role requires someone who is adept at executing email marketing strategies, writing and designing awesome emails, building product pages, creating landing pages, and maintaining brand consistency across communication channels. The ideal candidate should have a general skill set in marketing and administration, with a focus on implementation rather than strategy development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emails, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Design email campaigns with exciting, engaging, and consistent content.
• Analyze email performance to ensure revenue goals are being met.
• Create tests for email/SMS campaigns so that we are always improving.
• Manage and update the company website, including creating product pages, landing pages, and optimizing content for SEO.
• Audit the email account to implement best practices for email flows and SMS.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand voice and consistency across all marketing communications.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on execution and implementation.
• Strong familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand's voice.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
