Your missions

Department: Community

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Compensation: $18,000 - $25,000 / month

Description

Our Community Team is looking for a Distribution Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing uploaded releases on BandLab to ensure they meet the criteria for distribution and adhere to our partners' formatting and quality standards.
Delivering exceptional support to artists by efficiently handling a substantial volume of inquiries via Zendesk
Addressing and resolving distribution-related matters such as takedowns, disputes, and content identification.
Managing metadata associated with music releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Resolve any delivery or technical issues that may arise during the distribution process.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

At least 1-2+ years of experience working in music distribution, customer service and/or quality assurance
Experience using customer service ticketing systems (such as Zendesk)
Must be flexible with working hours, including weekend shifts
Proficiency in music metadata and a strong grasp of the digital music industry
A track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
A passion for music is a must, and familiarity with copyright and licensing requirements is a PLUS!
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
