We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our international team, which currently includes an SDR, Account Executives, and a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to shaping our sales processes and sharing your expertise with team members. We are looking for someone with a pioneering spirit who excels in outbound sales and has a proven track record in the SMB sector. This role blends contribution to our active sales efforts along with the opportunity to oversee and coach our team of Account Executives.

As a B2B SaaS Senior Account Executive, you will:

  • build a pipeline of opportunities from inbound leads and cover the full sales cycle
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
  • close deals with a focus on the net revenue added each month
  • be involved in creating processes, playbooks and mentoring team members
  • serve North America-based clients and be able to cover the PDT time zone (8 AM to 4 PM)
  • negotiate contracts with clients
  • manage upsells in collaboration with the customer success managers
  • report on the results of your work
  • create relationships with our top clients and new sign-ups
  • create impactful email and outreach campaigns for your book of business
