ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the product strategy for our Data Platform and Core AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for our data and AI platforms, which form the foundation of our AI-driven solutions. Your work will involve identifying target markets, understanding customer profiles and needs globally, and uncovering opportunities to evolve our data and AI platforms. A key aspect of this role will be enabling internal product teams to unlock the full potential of AI and data, driving innovation, and enhancing product capabilities across the organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in influencing our technology teams to ensure the successful execution of the defined strategy and expanding our AI capabilities across various business domains.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Define the vision and roadmap for our data and AI platforms to drive innovation and business impact.
  • Capture data and AI-related needs across internal teams and external customers.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization, ensuring our data and AI products integrate seamlessly with other core technologies.
  • Manage and enhance transparency and engagement for the Data Platform and Core AI roadmap.
  • Develop customer-facing roadmap artifacts, conduct webinars with key stakeholders, and present strategies to leadership.
  • Establish continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings based on user needs and satisfaction.
  • Contribute thought leadership and best practices to elevate the organization's approach to AI and data product management.
  • Be an active voice on the Product Management chapter regarding Data and AI.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Expertise in articulating customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build alignment, negotiate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong capability in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive business outcomes.
  • Execution and Impact: Proven track record of initiating and leading projects that have significantly impacted business results.
  • Exceptional communication and executive writing skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in product strategy and product management in the retail/ecommerce/tech space.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experienced in Machine Learning / AI and Data platforms are a plus.
