As our client continues to advance its cardiovascular portfolio, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the flagship cardiovascular product.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth for our Cardiovascular Product.
  • Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies based on deep understanding of patient needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and professional education, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, representing the Cardiovascular Product internally and externally through presentations, publications, and participation in industry events.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on oncology products and a proven track record of success in brand management.
  • Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including treatment paradigms, key opinion leaders, and emerging trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
