Your missions

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our Research & Development team and we hope this could be a match made in heaven.

Who is Peppy?
Our mission is to fix healthcare & wellbeing. We do this by supporting the employees of our global clients, including JP Morgan, Disney, Meta, Nvidia, Microsoft, Sony, Clifford Chance, Wells Fargo, Bloomberg, and over 200 others.

Having already revolutionised the employee benefits sector with our innovative clinical products – such as the world’s first menopause benefit – we are now building the world’s most advanced benefits management platform. Think of us as a “Deel for Benefits” – a rocket-ship opportunity with a mission that truly matters. The global benefits sector encompasses employer-funded pensions, critical illness insurance, private healthcare insurance, and many other categories. This is a trillion-dollar TAM with weak, incumbent competition and almost no AI-first startups stepping up to the challenge.

We are a Series B company with $56m in funding to date, operationally cashflow positive, and with secure access to additional capital for accelerated growth. Join us for the ride of your life.

What will a day in the life of our Product Manager look like?
  • Communicate product vision – Work with the VP of Product to understand the product vision and actively involve and motivate the R&D team by clearly articulating the vision, goals, and underlying rationale for each project, feature, and change. Foster a shared understanding of the 'why' behind the 'what' to ensure coherence and commitment throughout the product development journey.
  • Develop the strategic roadmap – Collaborate with the VP of Product to formulate a comprehensive product roadmap. This involves synthesising feedback from sales and clients, integrating innovative ideas from across the company, and soliciting input on feasibility from the design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Shape and define requirements – Transform conceptual sketches and broad feature ideas into clear, actionable requirements. Engage in deep collaboration with engineering teams to refine these ideas into detailed, well-defined blueprints ready for development, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business/user needs.
  • Guide prioritisation – Work closely with R&D leadership to delineate and prioritise the immediate tasks for the development team within the sprint cycle. Ensure that these priorities align with the strategic objectives of the product roadmap and the broader organisational goals.
  • Navigate ambiguity – Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where direct guidance is intentionally limited. Create and provide clear direction and foster a collaborative atmosphere to decipher and organise complex or ambiguous information. Guide the team in making informed decisions that propel product advancements.

  • Our dream Product Manager looks like:
  • Experienced Product Manager – Brings at least 3 years of hands-on experience in product management in B2B(2C) and B2C SaaS. A demonstrated empathy for market needs and the complexities of product life cycles.
  • Startup Spirit – Thrives in modern, early stage teams, balancing cost, effort, and quality to deliver impactful products and features quickly.
  • Leads with Flair – Possesses a natural ability to lead and inspire engineers and stakeholders alike. Excels at communicating a clear vision and influencing decisions that have a substantial impact both internally and externally.
  • Pragmatic and Flexible – Utilises a solid foundation in agile methodologies and product theories, applying them with flexibility to meet the unique needs of each project and team.
  • Developing Visionary – Demonstrated ability to contribute to and realise a bold product vision, turning strategic plans into successful outcomes.
  • Effective Communicator – Outstanding verbal and written skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, raising the bar for everyone involved.
  • Collaborative Problem Solver – Gathers and synthesises diverse perspectives into a cohesive plan, promoting teamwork and innovation.
  • Industry Aware – Familiar with the Benefits Engagement, HR Tech, and Health Insurance sectors, bringing valuable insights into the competitive landscape and industry trends.

  • You may not check all of these boxes, and that’s totally fine! We strongly encourage excited candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
