Job description

Job Summary:
The ideal Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and deployment of software solutions or systems within Helios. This role typically involves coordinating various aspects of the implementation process to ensure that the new system works cohesively with existing processes, technologies, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
  1. Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for the implementation.
  • Integration Strategy:
  1. Design integration strategies that align with the company’s business processes and technology architecture.
  2. Ensure that the new software or system integrates seamlessly with existing systems and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, sales, and customer support, to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
  2. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide updates on project progress.
  • Technical Oversight:
  1. Oversee the technical aspects of the implementation, including data migration, system configuration, and customization.
  2. Collaborate with software developers and engineers to address technical challenges and ensure the integration meets all technical requirements.
  • Training and Support:
  1. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that end-users are comfortable with the new system.
  2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the implementation phase.
  • Quality Assurance:
  1. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure that the system functions correctly and meets business requirements.
  2. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the implementation process.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  1. Monitor the performance of the integrated system to ensure it meets operational goals and delivers expected benefits.
  2. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in project management, system integration, or software implementation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration methodologies.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and prioritize client needs and ensure a positive implementation experience.
