Job description

Flight Schedule Pro is seeking an Implementation Specialist who will help our clients adopt and transition to our software platform. You will oversee the installation and customization of the software, while also working closely with the sales and CSM team in sales engagements to provide best practice suggestions to users who have purchased the product or expanded use of the product. You will own the post-purchase onboarding pipeline to ensure customers are activated and trained in a timely manner to maximize their ROI. Our ideal applicant has experience managing and using Flight Schedule Pro at a flight school.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customize the product based on your assessment and the client's needs
  • Train the client's staff to use the software
  • Leverage industry best practices around change management
  • Own the Onboarding process from purchase to account activation
  • Be a knowledgeable advocate for all facets of the FSP product family
  • Deliver client presentations and training to small groups


Required Skills/Experience:


  • 1-2 years of experience implementing operational efficiency / ERP software in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated project management / change management experience
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Comfortable presenting on Zoom and in-person
  • A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a motivated group doing big things
  • Knowledge of the Aviation industry and terminology preferred
  • Exemplary writing skills and an interest in writing blog posts, forum responses, guidance docs, and other community- and knowledge-building contributions


Nice to have, but not required:

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience administering or managing Flight Schedule Pro or similar scheduling software
  • Experience using Advanced Reporting within Flight Schedule Pro
  • Basic knowledge of SQL functions
  • Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools (HubSpot, Pendo, PlanHat, etc)


Travel Requirements:


Occasional business travel may be required, up to 10%


Compensation:

The salary range for this role has been established at $60,000 - $65,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
