Beamy's mission is to unlock and enhance employees' technological potential, especially through SaaS usage. The widespread adoption of SaaS in large companies, poses a dilemma: whether to restrict unauthorized tool usage or empower employees for strategic advantage. Currently, our product helps monitor and analyze hundreds of SaaS applications used by customers to grasp usage patterns and business needs effectively.
Our clients are large industry, retail, banking, and insurance accounts. You will work with various individuals, including operational personnel and high-level executives such as CIOs, DPOs, CISOs, and more.
MISSIONS
• Project management (80%): As the main connection between Beamy and our clients, you'll lead the initial phase of our projects. Your responsibilities include: making sure all necessary requirements are met for implement the platform, overseeing technical and security evaluations, planning and carrying out projects with a strong emphasis on timing and quality, coordinating with stakeholders to establish deploy our technology, exploring use cases, obtaining security and compliance approvals.
• Pre-sales consultant (20%) : You’ll work closely with Account Executive to make sure of the technical feasibility of the project.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Proven Project Management Experience: With at least 4 years of experience in project management / implementation, your detail-oriented and organized approach allows you to effectively juggle multiple priorities.
• Technical Prowess and Implementation Insight: Your technical skills will be your greatest asset, especially if you have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with implementing platforms that integrate real-time data.
• Strong Relationship Building with Technical Teams: Your history of creating robust and efficient relationships with technical experts highlights your ability to drive successful customer relations. This skill is indispensable for collaborating closely with IT departments and ensuring that projects meet all technical requirements and expectations.
• Language Proficiency for Global Communication: Possessing near-native fluency in French along with a very good level of Business English is essential for this role. Your linguistic skills will ensure effective communication across diverse teams and with international clients, facilitating clear and productive interactions.
