Your missions

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Technical Account Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

About Product:

Finteqhub is a PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients API integrations
  • Representing our product, explaining features and providing 360 tech support during integration period
  • L2 Support of our existing clients - bugs investigations (using logs and testing tools)
  • Helping clients with payment routings and settings
  • Testing and acceptance of new product features, improvements and fixes
  • Taking part in business analysis of new features, collecting requirements from clients and collaborating with product, engineering and analytics teams
  • Control of different client and internal tasks on whole lifecycle, defining priorities and making sure that they are being solved and delivered.
Requirements:
  • Understanding basic principles of Client-Server architecture is obligatory (HTTP, API, JSON, etc.)
  • Having experience in technical support, account management or related fields, will be an advantage
  • Experience in business/system analysis or software development will be an advantage
  • General understanding of payments ecosystem, including merchant requirements, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, payments operations, and reporting portals will be a big advantage
  • Previous experience in working with payment aggregators, like Payment.IQ, and payment system providers (setting up specific configurations, conducting analysis and troubleshooting) will be a big advantage
  • Familiarity with ELK stack, browser developer tools, Postman will be an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, Bizdev managers, finance managers, support managers
  • Proactive thinking, desire to take part in team and company success and ability to work within specific field independently, taking responsibility for the result
  • Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher is obligatory
  • Ability to take leading role during calls and presentations
