Experience: 6+ years experience and portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. Experience with designing in Figma and Canva executions Experience in Property Marketing in Australia,(not just realestate but property development industry, Financial services, or branding agencies, govt roles would be seen as favorable

Portfolio and Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print and digital mediums. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Industry Knowledge: Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and visual communication. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively with team members and clients. Flexibility and Time Management: Creative problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements, and strong time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

Visual Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and layouts for marketing materials, collaborating with clients and creative teams to understand project goals and target audience. Graphic Design Creation: Create high-quality designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles. Brand Identity Development: Design and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral and digital platforms. Digital Design and Multimedia: Create engaging digital experiences and multimedia content, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Collaboration and Feedback: Incorporate feedback to refine designs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
