WestLink is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development and delivery of software projects. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. With your exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and strong leadership qualities, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of our projects. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
  
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile development environment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting project objectives.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project success.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  
• Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
  
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to contribute to the development of user-friendly software interfaces.
  
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align project goals with client expectations and overall company strategy.
  
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of challenges and drive projects to completion.
