Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog Ownership: Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with Product VP and teams.
  • Feature Delivery: Lead the development of impactful new features aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure alignment of product objectives with strategic goals across teams.
  • Functional Testing: Conduct testing to ensure new features meet user requirements and business needs.
  • Workflow Optimization: Use tools like Azure DevOps to improve product delivery processes.
  • Expectation Management: Provide clear timelines and manage project scope effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in product management or business analysis (SaaS or energy management industries preferred).
  • Experience in agile environments and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), or similar technologies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Desirable Skills

SaaS experience or energy management expertise (CMMS, BMS).

Knowledge of remote energy monitoring systems.
