All you need is:

  • A minimum of 3 years of DBA experience. Proven technical troubleshooting skills;
  • Hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;
  • Security practices;
  • A sense of ownership;
  • Data-driven decisions;
  • Solving the root cause, not the symptoms;
  • Self-learning (project and necessary skills);
  • Upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.

To be confident with tech stack like:

  • Administration of MS SQL servers;
  • Database backup and archiving;
  • Configuring SQL Server;
  • Maintenance and creation of indexes;
  • SQL Server performance monitoring;
  • Working with High Availability / Always ON groups;
  • Optimization of SQL queries;
  • Development of procedures/functions;
  • PostgreSQL experience is a plus;
  • Experience administering servers running Windows Server;
  • Active Directory administration experience.

Your daily adventures will look like this:

  • Collaboration with the development team;
  • Reviewing of current infrastructure and planning improvements;
  • Incident mitigation, if needed;
