- Greets players as they enter the poker room and provides prompt and courteous service.
- Creates and maintains sign up lists and seating for the poker room games.
- Maintains the Games In Progress board.
- Seats players in live cash games.
- Administers “must-move” lists for multiple games of the same limit and type.
- Transfers players between games.
- Calls down lists for new games.
- Answers incoming calls.
- Provides dealers with bank fills for the table tray banks, in accordance with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Provides players with chip transaction in accordance with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Poker Room.
- Assists players in seating for poker games.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Poker Management Team.
