What You Can Expect

This role centers on driving sales growth and devising strategic sales plans that support corporate expansion goals within the designated division and territory. The primary focus is on selling orthopedic software and technology to a diverse range of clients including private practices and hospitals.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Work within US Sales and Marketing guidance and communicate with Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Directors on a regular basis.
  • Identifies market trends, issues, and competitive environment in the region of responsibility and forms tactical plans for product brands.
  • Maintains high level of product category knowledge through staying current in published information and industry educational meetings.
  • Conduct sales presentation to surgeons, IT managers, and practice administrators, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of orthopedic software and technology.
  • Effectively manage and grow a diverse client base across designated territory, fostering relationships with both new prospects and existing clients to drive sales growth.

Your Background

  • B.A / B.S in biomedical engineering, marketing, sales or equivalent plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be proficient with commonly used software.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (USD) + Commission
