Your New Team

Join our high-performing Enterprise Sales team, comprised of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. We’re seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to generate new leads, nurture existing contacts, and advance opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts across the Americas.

Your New Role

  • Implement target account growth strategies to support account-based selling and target account reach.
  • Execute pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts.
  • Follow, implement, and control annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts.
  • Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to leverage relevant existing content.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders from the Marketing Team, communicating and optimizing the impact of marketing activities.
  • Track channel performance and lead flow to ensure timely follow-up on marketing efforts.
  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans and target personas.
  • Identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts.
  • Be the Sales Cloud Super User for the sales team, ensuring all sales activity is registered properly.
  • Build foundational recruitment skills, knowledge, and take responsibility for your own development.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in Outsourced Staffing Solutions (MSP, Direct Sourcing, CMO) or the tech side of the business (VMS).
  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation, ideally within a services-led company focused on large enterprise-level clients.
  • Attention to detail and discipline to stick to processes.
  • Solid experience executing integrated marketing campaigns using various tactics.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and content marketing to generate qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and employing marketing communication strategies to nurture leads and drive growth.
