Job Overview – Project Manager – Owner's Representative:

We are seeking a Project Manager – Owner's Representative with flexible work options, including work-from-home. This project managing role involves meeting clients on-site or via Teams meetings and occasional office visits. Ideal candidates have construction experience with a general contractor (GC), another owner’s rep firm, or come from the design/engineering side with a focus on the construction phase.

Compensation: $80,000 – $175,000/year depending on experience

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Responsibilities – Project Manager – Owner's Representative:

  • Meet with clients on-site or via Teams meetings.
  • Manage construction project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee pre-construction activities: bid solicitation, review, subcontractor negotiations.
  • Provide monthly feedback on project costs and durations.
  • Conduct construction site visits to verify progress and site organization.
  • Price and submit change orders as needed.
  • Enforce company safety standards on-site.
  • Manage project close-out activities.

Qualifications – Project Manager – Owner's Representative:

  • 3-15 years of experience in construction project management or design/engineering.
  • Experience with a GC, owner’s rep firm, or in the construction phase of design/engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, workflows, and OSHA compliance.
  • Proficient with construction project management software (e.g., Timberline, Procore, Autodesk).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details, codes, regulations, and quality standards.
