The suite’s integrated workflow management tools and multifunctional portal also enhance digital client interactions and simplify processes, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiencies.

What you will be doing:

• Track and monitor the actual spending and performance of various projects against the planned budget.
• Plan, track and report on all aspect of the M&A integration projects as well as organizing and tracking of LOB and intersecting functional OKRs
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience relevant to this position, including 5+ years of hands-on project and/or program management in one or more of the tasks mentioned in the previous section.
• Understanding of M&A concepts, processes, and actors (Due diligence, planning, integration).
• Understanding of financial concepts (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue structuring types)
• Good stakeholder management and people skills (listening, summarizing, root cause analysis.
• Good project management skills and best practices as per our industry.
