Overview: SWCA’s Pasadena office is actively seeking an analyst, who will assist in various different desktop tasks process data within a utility database. This is a full-time hourly position and pay will be based on individual qualifications and experience.


Thie role will process project information for accuracy, work within mapping layers, prepare project descriptions, answer client requests, and fulfill other tasks related to data management.

  • Conduct project information intake and confirm data accuracy
  • Write project descriptions
  • Reply to client emails
  • Upload/download files into specific client database
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills



Experience And Qualifications For Success


  • High school diploma
  • One or more year(s) of routine administrative/logistics/project coordination assignments as assigned and/or directed by supervisor
  • High level organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred candidate will have proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Outlook ArcGIS, Survey123, Smartsheet and GoogleEarth familiarity a plus
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with a variety of colleagues and clients

An employee in this Pasadena, CA based position can expect an hourly pay rate of $24.19 - $30.94/hr. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
