About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Head of User Acquisition with a proven track record in digital marketing, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will lead marketing efforts to drive growth and elevate brand presence for a leading company in digital advertising and mobile gaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to boost growth and market share for the company's products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to align marketing with product development and business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Partnerships: Build strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, within digital advertising, mobile apps, or gaming.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
    • MUST proven record in mobile apps growth B2C
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Experience in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
