IF YOU ARE

  • Showing 5+ years of professional success in an IT strategy consulting firm, high-performing IT department, technology company, a technology-leveraged business, or managing large IT projects
  • Having 2+ years of experience as a Digital/Information/Data/Transformation Officer or Lead Enterprise Architect in enterprises with 100+ employees
  • Certified in COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, or Zachman
  • Successfully collaborating with business development team members and strategic partners to identify complex customer solutions from requirements
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, including roles such as Solution Consultant, Digital Strategist, Enterprise Consultant, or Enterprise Solution Manager
  • Bringing the client's vision to life through solutions delivered on time and budget, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Possessing excellent business acumen to understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, and contribute to strategy formulation
  • Experienced in governing corporate IT, including portfolio management, risk management, compliance management, and audit
  • Understanding enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Showing a concept of data governance practices
  • Demonstrating expertise in change management
  • Communicating freely in English to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Provide technical subject-matter expertise at a consultant/advisor level in multidisciplinary sales teams
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership content and digital strategy vision aligned with SoftServe's strategy and functional practices
  • Actively promote SoftServe's capabilities, services, and successes in digital product and solution development
  • Represent the capabilities of various Centers of Excellence and direct unique technical challenges to the appropriate resources
  • Manage, lead, and coordinate project and technical teams including SoftServe, client, and partner members
  • Aid in researching and developing new services, products, and markets for SoftServe
  • Contribute to and ideate in large, ambiguous enterprise technical presales projects
  • Maintain a professional and authoritative presence in client settings
  • Cooperate with and coordinate prospective and existing clients to understand their business strategy, objectives, transformation initiatives, business requirements, and technology infrastructure; propose technology solutions aligned with their strategy
  • Identify and propose technology solutions not already envisioned by clients and suggest business process improvements
  • Define and document the business cases for proposed solutions
  • Own the vision and scope of proposed solutions, including obtaining sign-off from all stakeholders
  • Foster trust with key client management and stakeholders to gain advisory status and approval for recommendations
  • Act as the customer's advocate to drive the solution vision with product owners and managers, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations
  • Understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, contribute to strategy formulation, structure KPIs and OKRs, and identify ways to improve business processes and operations
