Job description

The Admissions Consultant role involves accurately analyzing, evaluating student applications and supporting documents. It is an administrative role, with the ideal candidate possessing past experience working in a detail-oriented academic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all new and existing student information and files.
  • Assist in referring acceptance letters and other relevant admission documents to the appropriate source.
  • Ensure all student files are in accordance with Government regulations.
  • Collaborate with the student recruitment team to process applications in a timely manner.
  • Assess and process applications for completeness.
  • Assist in referring acceptance letters and other relevant admission documents to the appropriate source.
  • Work closely with other departments to keep close communication between them and the admissions office.
  • Produce admission data and reports for other departments and management, historical and prospective.
  • Authenticate official documents for International applicants according to established procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Degree of any course or if incomplete, 3+ years equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in volume document review and validation
  • Experience in being a quality assurance or audit is an advantage
  • Exceptional computer skills - Outlook and worked with a CRM or database
  • High level attention to details, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written and oral.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with many deadlines.

Work Arrangement

  • Work on site but the work may transition to hybrid or temporary work from home after regularization
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 4pm to 1am
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City
  • Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas, C5 Road, and Rizal areas
