Your Job

The BDM Europe will drive visibility within this customer segment by working closely with our distribution partners and Sales Development group. This includes providing information and updates on new products and capabilities, providing support for new customer opportunities, and communicating internally opportunities for improvement that will increase our comparative advantage to our customer base. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, driven, creative, and an effective communicator.

We are currently looking for a

Business Development Manager Europe (m/f/d) for Cable Assemblies

fulltime, ideally in a hybrid working setting with our Eindhoven, NL office (remote possible) to join the Power & Signal business unit (PSBU).

What You Will Do

  • Increase the Cable Assembly visibility within Molex Sales, distribution branches, and ultimately the end user.
  • Customer input – Aggregating voice of the customer
  • Establish and maintain a high level of product, industry and market knowledge
  • Leverage Salesforce and the RPM system to establish and convert new opportunity pipeline.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, sales, product development, marketing or operations related to commercial cable assemblies
  • Demonstrated skills in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • knowledge of connectors
