Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation in the retail sector. They are looking to recruit a hands-on, charismatic and forward thinking Human Resources Director who can take them to their next stage of growth.

You will oversee all the HR functions within the organisation, creating and enforcing HR policies and programs and driving a company's people management strategy.

  • Developing and implementing a company's policies and programs
  • Ensuring that all policies comply with legal regulations
  • Overseeing all HR functions and staff
  • Developing, monitoring and implementing a company's people management strategy
  • Managing an HR department's annual budget
  • Reporting on the performance and progress of an HR department to senior stakeholders
  • Directing change management and organisational development


The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you should be in the Director position in the last 5 years or hold equivalent senior HR leadership roles with responsibility in a company at scale. Your other areas of outstanding skills include:

  • Charismatic and exceptional people management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • Exceptional data driven methods relating to HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Proactive with a proven track record of implementing positive changes
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese business acumen as the role requires liaising with international and domestic partners
