Your new role

This is a part-time role. As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the complete payroll process for clients, ensuring salaries, bonuses, and benefits are paid accurately and on time.

  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and regulations and act as the primary contact for any payroll-related queries or issues.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, MRC, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports on a monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis, manage auto-enrollment, and issue necessary tax forms such as P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.

What You'll Need To Succeed

To be successful, you'll ideally have over two years' experience in a payroll position at an accountancy firm. You'll also:

  • Have experience with both BRIGHT Pay and Senta Practice Management
  • A fundamental understanding of payroll processing
  • Knowledge of taxes and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
