Job description

At Genmab, we’re committed to building extra[not]ordinary futures together, by developing antibody products and pioneering, knock-your-socks-off therapies that change the lives of patients and the future of cancer treatment and serious diseases. From our people who are caring, candid, and impact-driven to our business, which is innovative and rooted in science, we believe that being proudly unique, determined to be our best, and authentic is essential to fulfilling our purpose.

Join the Adventure at Genmab – Become Our Payroll Influencer!

Genmab is embarking on an extraordinary journey, and we want you to come along for the ride! We're on a mission to develop life-saving medicines that fight cancer and other serious diseases. How amazing would it be to chip in to save lives and have a real purpose?

The Role

Right now, we're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our incredible HR operations department. Picture this: a role where no day is like yesterday! You'll be the go-to influencer for all things payroll-related, handling processing, reviews, and deliveries for our local employees and remote workers across 7 countries. Plus, when you have spare time (because you're that efficient!) you'll also support the HR Operations team and various projects.

Are you an administrative genius with an eye for details? Do you love diving into systems like Workday & Cobra to make sure everything's perfect? We need someone like you! Your payroll expertise, knowledge of Dutch labor laws, and familiarity with high-paced and dynamic environments make you a perfect fit for us.

Responsibilities

  • Rock the HR Payroll world.
  • Well acquainted with the Dutch 30% ruling and labor laws.
  • Chip in to HR projects like creating the "One Stop Shop".

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in HR.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated situations and keep up with the fast pace.

And here's the best part: If you're passionate about our purpose, ready to work hard-working, and have some fun, even if you don't meet all the requirements, we still want you to apply! We're looking for the right attitude and enthusiasm to join our warm, dynamic, and innovative community.

So, are you up for the challenge? Come join Genmab's journey and let's transform the lives of patients together! Apply now and be part of our life-changing adventure!

About You

  • You are passionate about our purpose and genuinely care about our mission to transform the lives of patients through innovative cancer treatment
  • You bring rigor and excellence to all that you do. You are a fierce believer in our rooted-in-science approach to problem-solving
  • You are a generous collaborator who can work in teams with diverse backgrounds
  • You are determined to do and be your best and take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team
  • You are not afraid to grapple with the unknown and be innovative
  • You have experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic company (or a strong desire to)
  • You work hard and are not afraid to have a little fun while you do so
