The individual responsible for meeting the assigned P/L targets, Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones, Responsible for ensuring timely collections from customers. Accountable for the entire sales cycle from generating, qualifying & developing leads to negotiating and closing opportunities involving multiple stakeholders both internal & external.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) As Business Development Executive
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the company’s B2C customer base.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Formulating new ideas and designing a Business plan for achieving the desired monthly target.
- Developing a Strong Network of Business Associates, to achieve Monthly Admission Targets.
- Achieve enrolment as well as revenue targets for the monthly assigned target form strategy based on the market dynamics and leads assigned.
- Make Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales, achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets, and assist in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into customers.
- Handle all incoming customer queries on our Data Science courses, act as a consultant, and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for data science courses.
- Regular follow-up with new and existing customers and Log all sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
- Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.
- Meeting business targetsthrough effective counselling and selling skills.
Desired Skills:
– 0- 5 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience /Client Meeting Experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willingness to meet targets.
– Open to fresher and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience in sales in Ed Tech/the Education industry in Data Science Domain .
– Open to working on weekends (if Required)
– Eager to deal with different customers /Clients and understand their training needs.
– Target driven: We need you to achieve and exceed your quota of sales.
– Have familiarity with telephone sales techniques / cold calling techniques and Client Meetings and managing lead pipelines.
– Theoretical understanding of DataScience and Big data technologies is desirable.
– Super passionate about sales and have the ability to convert leads into customers.
– Consistent track record of achieving sales targets (monthly/quarterly), preferably from an education industry background in the Data Science Domain.
– Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.
– Technical Skills required: Basic understanding of latest technologies.
– Soft skills required: Excellent written & spoken English communication.
