Description

As the Vice President of Partnerships Marketing, you will be a key leader driving business development, brand activations, and strategic initiatives. You will focus on cultivating and managing high-impact relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, and other strategic partners to expand the company’s market presence and fuel growth. Your role will be pivotal in creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with partners, enhance brand visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and Executive Leadership Team to craft and deliver strategic messaging that enhances brand presence across all partner and dealer channels.

Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, NADA, local NADA chapters, and other key partners.
  • Lead initiatives with the dealer advisory board (Olympus Club) to leverage their influence for business growth and brand expansion.
  • Develop and execute a dealer referral program to drive partner engagement and increase lead generation.
  • Generate new business opportunities such as webinars, brand activation events, dealer summits, trade shows, and experiential events that engage key stakeholders and drive business development.
  • Innovate new event formats in collaboration with OEM partners to create unique brand experiences and expand market reach.
  • Manage the UVeye dealer summit, coordinating both online and offline meetings to maximize partner engagement.

Initiatives & Campaigns:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch strategic marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and partner engagement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure all deliverables align with the overall business strategy and reflect compelling, consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to elevate brand visibility through strategic media placements and speaking engagements.
  • Act as the company spokesperson in different occasions; Be a senior figure of the client facing team in panels, videos, launches and events.

OEM & Dealer Relations:

  • Foster and expand relationships with key OEM partners like Volvo and GM, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving collaborative initiatives.
  • Engage with dealer groups and associations like NIADA to support partnership growth and lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a dealer referral program, maximizing its impact on sales and partner relationships.

Budget Management:

  • Own and manage the partnerships marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of all partnerships marketing activities.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or partnerships marketing, preferably within the automotive or AI industries.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, and other key partners.
  • Extensive experience in executing high-impact events, brand activations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and delivering measurable business results.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel as needed, including attending partner meetings, events, and conferences.
