As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and resolving VDS related incidents, requests, and changes.
  • Being responsible for troubleshooting end user/application authentication/authorization issues connecting to VDS and access/audit logs checking.
  • Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.
  • Adhering with ITIL change management processes.
  • Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support.
  • Learning, partnering with senior teammate to participate in project to polish and showcase your learn skills.

To be successful in this role you

Must have:      

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Radiant Logic VDS Administration and Level 2 support.
  • Have hands-on experience to perform VDS Upgrades and patches deployment.
  • Have experience in view creation and configure LDAP Data Sources using Radiant Logic VDS console or using context builder.
  • Have onboarding/integrate new users and applications onto existing VDS platform.
  • Have creation of HDAP stores and support annual certificate renewal.
  • Have experience in technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, directory services, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.
  • Have good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be a good team player with positive spirit and effective communication.
  • Have good communication skill, written and verbal.
  • Have experience with supporting IAM in a Hybrid environment (Onprem, Azure or AWS)
  • Have experience with ServiceNow.

Good to have:

  • Have Radiant Logic training certification.
  • Have experience implementing VDS installation.
  • Have knowledge of Windows PowerShell or Bash shell scripting language.
  • Have knowledge or experience on any other IAM technology such as Active Directory, digital certificate.
  • Have ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members.
