The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Solution Sales and Enablement. 

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, creation, delivery, and maintenance of sales enablement resources and initiatives.
  • Own the coordination and execution of the new hire onboarding program.
  • Drive improved adoption of Cyara’s sales processes, methodologies, and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Product, and the Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment related to enablement initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and enablement content.
  • Constantly gather feedback, assess, and optimize our enablement efforts to improve sales performance.
  • Establish and regularly measure key performance indicators to assess the efficacy and value of enablement initiatives.

  • Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role developing and delivering effective sales enablement initiatives.
  • Baseline knowledge and experience in sales enablement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Superior organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Thinks like an owner and has a “builder mentality” with a sense of accountability for each project’s outcomes.
  • Comfortable learning and working with new tools, technologies, and products; able to quickly grasp, simplify, and communicate technical content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company.
  • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working with others and developing strong partnerships to achieve the best outcome.
  • Naturally curious; never afraid to ask questions or push the status quo.
  • Ability to travel to Sales Kick Off, Quarterly Business Planning, and other company/team events.
