Their specialized platform offers a robust database of over 500,000 journalists and 100,000 publishers, enabling users to connect with the right media contacts effortlessly. With AI-driven tools for creating personalized emails, press releases, and contact lists, their platform streamlines PR campaigns and enhances media presence.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in managing operational tasks. They should have experience using project management tools and be familiar with AI tools for generating content. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and detailed data entry tasks.
• Provide top-notch email customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage and execute operational tasks using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, and others.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to generate social media content, emails, blog posts, etc.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate strong written English skills in all communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
• Expertise in using project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, etc.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week within a US timezone.
