Your missions

Working at Egg isn’t just a job. It’s about making compelling and inspiring experiences for our clients and their audiences.

We work hard to create the magic. But we know how to have fun too. And it beats being just another cog in a faceless machine.

Bring your authentic self

At Egg, we care about each other as much as we care about our customers and our business. We celebrate uniqueness and are proud of the glorious human mosaic that is Egg. We’re always on the lookout for fresh talent and friendly faces to enrich and expand our team.

Which brings us to you.

Passionate about not only events, but also project logistics, and destination scouting, you have a keen eye for discovering hidden gems that will surprise and impress our clients. You thrive on exploration, love to travel, and are deeply familiar with the European venue market. Details are important to you, and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. But you’re also a people-person, a versatile team player who is capable of making your colleagues LOL.

What you’ll be doing

  • Location Scouting: Continuously network with, research, and explore both traditional and unconventional event locations across Europe, including hotels, urban spaces, rural retreats, historical sites, and more.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the event industry and identify emerging destinations that align with our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, property managers, influencers, and local contacts to secure exclusive access to the best locations.
  • RFP Response: Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop and write compelling proposals that highlight unique venue options, ensuring we stand out in the competitive landscape.
  • PowerPoint Decks: Crafting visually appealing and persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our creative proposals and excite our clients.
  • Site Visits: Conduct thorough site visits to assess the suitability, logistical demands, and potential of each location, documenting findings and providing detailed reports.
  • Negotiation: In collaboration with our procurement teams, negotiate favorable terms and contracts with venue owners and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Database Management: Create, maintain, and keep up-to-date a comprehensive database of venues, hotels, teambuilding sites, and essential information across Europe to support all teams and share knowledge.
