What you will do

You will manage a business of over 20 people and sales revenue of over $175million. Staff consists of an international sales organization with multiple regions including manufacturing representatives’.

This person will lead the North American sales team for Exacq & Kantch product lines. You will develop and implement sales strategy to align with business objectives and achieve revenue goals. Implement changes in sales strategy to executive leadership and advise on market considerations affecting sales of the business.

 

How you will do it

  •          Develop new channel opportunities, marketing campaigns creating demand and lead generation.

  •          Develop KPI’s and metrics that are measured to ensure desired results

  •          Oversee all aspects of sales and develop measurements for analysis, trending and forecasting to support growth objectives.

  •          Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  •          Cultivate high-performing team and culture for the purpose of achieving company goals and delivering consistent results.

  •          Develop and deliver sales training programs to onboard new team members and further development of the existing sales force.

  •          Cultivate high-performing team and culture for the purpose of achieving company goals and delivering consistent results.

  •          Plan and direct sales force activities to maximize profit from all segments of the market.

  •          Keep team current with all technology trends including Cybersecurity, Cloud based solutions and current sales methodologies.

  •          Collaborate with leaders from cross functional departments including R&D, Product Management and Operations expressing our strengths and/or opportunities in the market to pivot for greater success.

 

What we look for

Required

  •          Minimum of ten years of sales management and business experience.

  •          Experience leading a North American sales organization.

  •          Must demonstrate high level of business acumen, ability to negotiate with C-Level executives in generating multi-million-dollar global Request for Proposals (RFP’s).

  •          Demonstrate success in managing region and districts of people distributed geographically.

  •          Enterprise software and solution selling experience

  •          Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.

  •          Strong leadership and management skills and success in building and leading a results-driven team of sales professionals.

  •          Initial travel 50-75%.  Approximately 50% travel after
